Posisi terbaik Issey

Anda namakan apa sahaja – sayap kiri, sayap kanan, no.10 dan penyerang utama.

– sumber semuanyabola

Garmin Fenix 5x, lets go. Start to preseason training 7th June ’17 Terengganu FA. Total Workout: 2:03hrs Distance: 6.47km Calories Burned: 964 (is that it?) Temp.: 33’c (Ramadan training hours 10pm-12pm) Max Heart Rate: 195bpm Average HR: 135bpm Max HR down to Recovery HR: 195bpm -> 130bpm in 1.47min Anaerobic: 4.2 Aerobic: 3.4 Max Speed: 94.3 km/h (really??) In majority of the “Professional” football clubs across the globe uses different types of team monitoring system. Football science is always evolving and improving the game. 13 clubs that iv proudly bin apart of, 12 clubs had systems such as Adidas miCoach Elite System (with MLS clubs), but more commonly in my past was Polar Team pro and GPSports (Global Positioning System). Importance stats for coaches to monitor each and every players efforts and calculate fatigue for injury prevention, and of course to push limits for improvement. If you want more from your self as an aspiring young player or a player such as my self to always want more from your self, stats is the only way to measure that, wether its goal scoring stats or monitoring your training regime. Sports science seems to be a slow growing industry in my current location and line of work. So i decided to take matters into my own hands and decided to work with a brand iv never worked with before. This brand seem to focus more on individual fitness tracking rather than team so i thought it would best fit my interest. Even though tracking stats for football is a little different than just simply running or hiking. It does provide a wide range of sports but just not football but i will test this out and see if its worth the hype as its considered the best individual tracking there is in the market. For my needs, i expect to see what we all look for in a monitor such as the usual distance, speed, HR, calories burned etc but more specifically; – How many times did i hit my max HR – How long for it to go down to my average HR or jogging HR. – How many times or distance covered in certain speed zones. – How fast is the change of direction or change of speeds (which i know is probably impossible data for me collect)
