Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd, the master franchise holder of Domino’s Pizza in Malaysia, has spread its wings to Terengganu with the opening of its first outlet in Kemaman early this month.
General Manager, Operations, Domino’s Pizza Malaysia and Singapore, Shamsul Amree said the latest outlet at Taman Bersekutu, Jalan Kubang Kurus here is the company’s seventh branch in the east coast.
To date, we have 122 outlets nationwide and the outlet in Kemaman is our seventh in the east coast.
“What is unique about Domino’s Pizza is that we give a guarantee of delivery within 30 minutes, if not we will present a voucher for regular pizza for free. We will also ensure the pizza is hot, fresh and delicious, otherwise we will replace the product or refund the customers,” he said in a statement today.
Shamsul said the outlet in Kemaman started operations on September 9 and it also offers a pizza theatre concept whereby it provides a corner for customers to see for themselves how pizza is made.
“Besides the theatre concept, the outlet also provides its own piped music through Domino’s FM,” he said.
Domino’s Pizza entered the Malaysian market in September 1997. It was officially launched by the founder of Domino’s Pizza Inc., Tom Monaghan.
